About Jared Knight
Jared is the founder and President of Knight Ops SolutionsSM. He brings more than 20 years of supply chain, operations, and analytics leadership experience, including nearly 15 years in Director-level roles at large public companies.
His journey began growing up on a farm. Jared learned the value of hard work, accountability, discipline, and solving problems with limited resources.
During nearly a decade in the U.S. Marine Corps, he learned how to lead under pressure, adapt quickly, overcome challenges, and execute with precision.
A Career Built Through Experience
After transitioning into the civilian world, Jared began his professional career as an entry-level IT computer programmer at a multi-billion-dollar manufacturer.
In less than five years, he became the company's first Director of Supply Chain.

Throughout his career, Jared has worked directly with external customers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, distribution operations, and executive leadership to deliver sustainable improvements.
He invented a U.S.-patented supply chain tool to consolidate fragmented information from disconnected systems, which was used for 12 years.
